3. Notification of Self-Harm, Harm to Others, or Abuse

Friend To Listen uses AI-based monitoring to detect potential mentions of self-harm, suicide, harm to others, or abuse, including physical, emotional, sexual, or neglect-related abuse. If any of these topics are detected during a session, the AI will immediately notify you that the conversation has moved into an area outside the scope of this Service. You will be provided with appropriate crisis or emergency resources, and the session will be terminated without refund. This detection process is intended solely for safety purposes and does not constitute professional evaluation or intervention.

4. Entertainment Purposes Only

All conversations within Friend To Listen are intended for casual engagement and entertainment purposes only. The AI does not provide professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and all responses are generated automatically. Any content generated during a session should not be relied upon for making decisions or considered professional guidance in any capacity. You acknowledge that all conversations are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unintended responses. Friend To Listen makes no guarantees as to the accuracy or appropriateness of any AI-generated content, and you further acknowledge that all responses are produced by artificial intelligence and not by a human being.

While Friend To Listen does not record or store conversations for future use, you acknowledge that absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed due to the automated monitoring system used to detect self-harm, harm to others, and abuse topics. Conversations may be reviewed in real time by AI systems solely for safety detection purposes and to provide you with crisis resources if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All conversations and content generated through Friend To Listen are the sole property of Hang 10 LLC and its affiliates. By using this Service, you grant Hang 10 LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use interactions solely for improving AI models, provided no personally identifying information is stored or shared. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute AI-generated content from Friend To Listen without prior written permission.

9. Age Restriction

Friend To Listen is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Minors may only use the Service with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

10. Service Interruption Disclaimer

Your use of the Service constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Use.
